JetSet Graffiti stole my money - what can I do?!?!, by jam on Oct 6, 2008 12:54:54 GMT 1, [As I had posted in a similar thread]
Who knows what state Daniel lives in and operates JetSet Graffiti from as a business? Find that out if it's CA for certain, then file complaints about his business practices and theft to the state attorney general ag.ca.gov/. They will investigate and prosecute him, and put him in jail and/or fine him.
Regardless of weather nor not anything happens to him on the criminal front, they will turn his info over to the IRS who will comb though his income to make sure he has declared everything he made (which is HIGHLY unlikely considering things like the Palestine 'recovered' Banksy wall and prints from SG). If he hasn't paid income tax on everything, he will wind up in jail for tax evasion. If you prefer to do it on your own, contact the IRS Criminal Investigation Hotline at 001.800.829.0433 , and speak to someone about your concerns over his business practices and high probability that he isn't paying taxes on the income.
