JetSet Graffiti stole my money - what can I do?!?!, by jam on Oct 6, 2008 16:44:22 GMT 1, Jam - what great information. It looks like you have had bad experiences to have that sort of info to hand?
I haven't had any dealings with JetSet. Frankly, the entire issue with his having multiple copies of Gold Flags and Ghetto Trolleys put me off... not to mention the hacked up 'street' pieces from the Ghetto he was trying to sell. That said, I can empathize with people who have limited resources or long distance that would make recovering a refund more difficult. I have found it's best to utilize tools that are in place to go after people like Daniel, the government does not seem to have limitations of cash or effort. From JetSet's point of view, what one would be more of a threat: A letter from a private party attorney in another country, or one from the CA attorney general?
