Oli Postcards , by ABC on Jun 19, 2013 10:41:10 GMT 1, I didn't put them in preference as it was to much of a mission, just picked the ones I liked and stuck them down, that still took over an hour..

Oli Postcards , by Dice on Jun 20, 2013 8:11:44 GMT 1, Thanks Pezlow, I got my first choice so I'm very happy, and I love the other one too. I took a bit of a risk with both though so was hoping you'd reveal in the email who the artist was but I guess I'll have to wait!

The Josie McCoy are the pink and blue pastel portraits? I had no idea who the artist was but the blue one was in my top 10! I still got my 3rd and 13th choice, super happy!

Cheers Perry, sterling job as usual and see you later in the week. You won the lottery last year as well? If you want to be technically correct I won the chance to buy two cards, two years ago when Perry last did the sale. I also contributed 6 postcards myself and have done one this year too as long with getting a few artist friends to contribute this year. I also bought 6 or 7 postcards contributing money to a worthwhile charity that I support and will do the same this year. Does it really matter that I am lucky or that a worthy charity gets some money to carry on it's good work?

Well done you. No need to be so defensive. Always wonder why some people seem to be naturally lucky and win everything they enter whereas I never win a darn thing. Would you buy a National Lottery ticket for me please?

Oli Postcards , by jusdeep on Jun 20, 2013 10:41:25 GMT 1, It's nothing about being defensive, I really don't have to defend myself for being lucky - it's about you making a comment that's unnecessary. If you didn't win you money will benefit the less fortunate and you still have the chance to buy cards in the sale. Now back to the charity and the positive aspects.

Oli Postcards , by Jameszee on Jun 20, 2013 11:15:17 GMT 1, Can I just say a big thanks to Pezlow, very well organised event and very dedicated for this Charity. Well done mate.
Not sure how to post pics on here, but I got the "Still she wished for a Harland Miller" (no. 118) for the wife; and one of the two female heads cards (with superman image as the face (no: 79) which I'm very happy with!
Anyone have ideas who the artists are?? (I'm new to all this Pez said that Harland Miller hasn't contributed - so guess this is just a nod to Harland Miller from another artist??
Can wait until after the event for answers, but am very curious to know!
Very happy whoever they are though, as these are our first originals!

Juuuuuuuuust kidding
That card was my first choice. It made me smile.
I'm not sure of the artist, but I thought it might be Laura Keeble. If it is, I shall cry myself to sleep for the next few weeks.
I'm really happy for you though. That's a couple of really nice cards you have there.
And I second the big thanks to Pezlow. A brilliant job all round.

Oli Postcards , by Dr Plip on Jun 20, 2013 11:51:10 GMT 1, There are still a lot of really nice cards left, so if you're planning to go along to the sale, I hope you all get something you're after.
Still a few that I have my eye on, so if they aren't snapped up during the sale, I'll be back for them.
This is brilliant fun. Can it be done each month please?

Oli Postcards , by pezlow on Jun 20, 2013 23:03:32 GMT 1, Dappy - No!
I know people are keen to know which artist did which and the secret will be revealed but not until after the sale tomorrow. I'm sure people understand it wouldn't be fair to start saying who did what at this stage!
By the way those coming to the sale tomorrow please remember it is CASH or CHEQUE only. Sorry we can't take card payments. I look forward to seeing lots of you there. Should be a few of the artists knocking around for you to meet.

Just been through the website again and there are still some great postcards to be bought.

Oli Postcards , by Jameszee on Jun 21, 2013 10:45:20 GMT 1, Sorry Pez, forgetting about the "secret" element on my previous post yesterday! I've worked out one of them now anyway! Hope the event goes well tonight and you get everything sold; shame I can't make it to collect in person (especially with some of the artists attending!).
Seriously looking forward to receiving my cards in the post though.

That said I could still be wrong as...I genuinely thought there was a Harland Miller, still may be but some spoofing going on for sure.
