1xRun archive, by randomname on Jan 4, 2015 18:17:55 GMT 1, Not aure about most... I would say 1 in 10 say sold out... Maybe 1 in 8... I disagree. I know as a fact, that at least 8 of 10 that I have purchased were 'sold out' upon release, and now they are available. Most likely, one or two people cancelled their orders. I've done that on a couple impulse buys from them. They're always very good about cancelling orders if you change your mind.
As far as Cope 2 goes, I actually sent them an email after his last release. As usual, he threatened 1xrun's customers and posted homophobic slurs on Instagram. They didn't bother to reply, so I probably won't buy anything else from them.

Ben Frost/Denial โ Hand Painted Multiple
Askew One โ Original on plexiglass
Eddie Cola โ Hand Pained Multiple

The women and men working there look nice and cool... Just one or two good experiences, I know someone who complained about, they did not sent him another print...

1xRun archive, by randomname on Jan 4, 2015 18:40:32 GMT 1, I believe jessecory works for 1xrun. It would be nice to get a reply from them regarding this. I don't know why any gallery would work with an "artist" who posts this kind of crap on their Instagram feed.

A number of years ago, I did a Google search to find out what "lmao" meant. I discovered it stands for "laughing my ass off", which still seems like a curious expression to use.
But what does "lmaoooo" mean?
Is it "laughing my ass off off off off"? Or maybe "laughing my ass off... ooo!"?
Query also whether there's been a shift in the meaning of "lmao". Today, whenever I see it being used, the overall tone of the relevant communication hardly ever suggests the writer is actually laughing.
On the contrary, it often comes across as, "You've riled me and I'm very, very upset / angry now. However, I don't wish to admit you succeeded in getting under my skin. So instead I'll pretend your comments made me laugh, to the point that my ass fell off."

1xRun archive, by turnsintoashes on Jan 5, 2015 18:36:45 GMT 1, There isn't a conspiracy here... The prints in the archive sales are either returns or cancelled orders, or prints that did not sell out when released. The originals are unsold pieces from their gallery shows, pieces acquired from the artists or occasionally sold on behalf of collectors.
Edit: Also, as far as I know, they aren't doing the timed releases any more. Just a set edition # like most print shops.
