BONGO VIEW ON AFTERMATH, by Cocteau 101 on Dec 17, 2007 20:40:00 GMT 1, Cocteau very unhappy but glad BONGO may recover. Cocteau had the thing in his basket 6 times and it crashed each time. Does not want to pay some flipper over 2k for a chance click of a key at the correct time. Going to console himself with several pints of lager and a chinese. To make matters worse MrsCocteau has just bought a bloody xmas carol cd by some little oiks called the ChoirBoys to get us all into a Christmassy mood! Pass me the razor blades not for my wrists but the little twerp of a choirboys throat!

BONGO VIEW ON AFTERMATH, by nickc on Dec 17, 2007 20:43:32 GMT 1, Have to agree with you Bongo. I too was disappointed when I realised that I had missed out but after looking at it all afternoon, I'm not sure where it would sit comfortably. I think there'll be another one along soon that will hang next to the others a bit better. Well done to everyone who got one though, very happy for you.

BONGO VIEW ON AFTERMATH, by Filipino Box Spring Hog on Dec 17, 2007 20:44:30 GMT 1, I'm sad about this too - I actually really really like the print - I grew up on Wizard of Oz and I've been in trouble with the cops numerous times so, it was instant love for me...oh well...life goes on and I'm sure I'll not remember this in 50 years -

BONGO VIEW ON AFTERMATH, by danvnuk on Dec 17, 2007 20:46:53 GMT 1, Thing about it is - I haven't quiet made up my mind if I like the image or not - so I have to join in the bunfight just in case I'll regret it later.
In this case my decision was made for me, I just cannot be f**ked with F5'ing much.....just a little bit...diet F5'er....
Had it come up as an add to basket about 5 times - each time my fighter pilot reactions weren't quite upto the job.
Bah Humbug,

BONGO VIEW ON AFTERMATH, by alvington89 on Dec 17, 2007 20:48:30 GMT 1, Cocteau 101:
If you had the print in your basket did you try the refresh? If you relentlessly refresh it should work. You could also try accessing your basket using another browser. Other than that the other method would be to click 'buy' on another item that you don't want to access your basket then delete the unwanted item and continue with your Banksy purchase (might work taking this route rather than the direct one) worth remembering for next time.

BONGO VIEW ON AFTERMATH, by Cocteau 101 on Dec 17, 2007 20:49:18 GMT 1, MrsC usually has immaculate taste but is trying to alleviate my cycnicism towards xmas with joyful music. My mood has darkened further since this print release, people trying to sell me potentially fake prints and the cd from hell!

Dan - i can't confirm the presence of BONGO, as I can't reveal my sources (too drunk to remember). But i have a strong feeling he was certainly there, and if you stuck by the side of a certain dark haired female all evening (other than Mrs Dan) then i'm sure he would have been revealed. I'll say that I didn't meet him though. I was too busy sitting on the floor with Teatwosugars, salivating over the promo girls ;D
Cocteau - feeling your pain......i'm sure there are ways for you to block out the annoying choirboys......thats if those dvd's from Amsterdam make their way through customs this time of year

BONGO VIEW ON AFTERMATH, by danvnuk on Dec 17, 2007 20:52:49 GMT 1, best xmas CD Ive ever heard was the Ratpack do xmas or some such thing. Leave it to Frank, Sammy and co to instill some xmas spirit - they'd leave the pussy arse choirboys in a puddle of their own vomit and urine, verging on an alcohol induced coma whilst they were just getting started.

BONGO VIEW ON AFTERMATH, by hulmeboy on Dec 17, 2007 21:00:55 GMT 1, Cocteau 101: If you had the print in your basket did you try the refresh? If you relentlessly refresh it should work. You could also try accessing your basket using another browser. Other than that the other method would be to click 'buy' on another item that you don't want to access your basket then delete the unwanted item and continue with your Banksy purchase (might work taking this route rather than the direct one) worth remembering for next time.
Whilst I really don't mind as I don't actually love the print (even though I am a gay) - I would have had trouble anyway because I am at home today using my Apple PC - which although looks lovely, doesn't have the F5 key I have in work .... well it does but it is responsible for the volume rather than the refresh .... in fact, I cannot seem to locate a 'refresh' button (just clear history/empty cache which takes valuable moments), so i guess I will never have a Banksy if I try to buy from home ! (Although I did get that f***ing Aiko rabbit which is a bit of a worry ..... )

I'm having Bourne Identity style Flashbacks of a darkened basement room , various conversations and people's faces looming into perspective, interspersed with toffee hammers, the Queen of hearts <bleugh> and Baby Jesus.
