Reactivated In Park St, London, by Guaanie on Feb 2, 2017 9:22:45 GMT 1, Thought I'd share this as I noticed it on my way to work this morning. Looks like the reactivation team have been out overnight. I'll see if I can get a better picture later.
Bonus inclusion of a Banksy (is it real?) and associated scrawlings - someone has rubbed out the Laugh Now and written 'Banksy would be nothing without Blek Le Rat'.
