Sold - thanks for the harassment. Dumpster fire. , by cmodart on Aug 15, 2017 23:11:29 GMT 1, The guy sent me the money and I'm sending the prints. That's what I've said I would do. I got screwed on the price because of something I didn't understand with eBay. Moving on. Hopefully these people harassing me and sending me obnoxious messages here and on eBay can find something better to do with their lives.

Sold - thanks for the harassment. Dumpster fire. , by Rouen Cathedral on Aug 15, 2017 23:22:01 GMT 1, My two cents. The seller took this to EBay and didn't do anything wrong on the forum. Slating him on the forum is unnecessary. This is what the Feedback on EBay is for. The hypocrisy is incredible, how many on here have made offers and then gone silent? How many have agreed a sale and then got a better offer elsewhere? The guy made a mistake but is expected to lose out due to some EBay honour code that only a few adhere to. EBay is a hive of scum and villainy. What happens on EBay stays on EBay
This is the dumbest thing I've ever seen.
So let's welcome that con artist who sold all those Hirst fakes and got caught and went to jail three times. Next time he's out we should welcome him here!
Definitely the dumbest idea I've seen on here in a while.

The man made a small error but it is not worthy of Crucifixion and at the end of the day he honoured the auction out come. Some times emotions can run high for a while when these things happen but i respect the fact he did what was right. Sometimes doing the right thing can feel like a bitch but what goes around comes around and in the end you will always come out infront.. ( Its all in my new book 'Art and Karmic Law'

Why are you equating someone who mistakenly listed his prints for lower than he should have, with someone who went to jail for selling fakes? Can you please enlighten us?

If you can't see the difference between the two I would suggest that it's you who is dumb.
Wasn't it you who complained about the mob mentality on sales threads on the FriskyBuddha Liita thread. Make your mind up

He mistakenly listed his price wrong?
You act as if he typed in $1.20 in a BIN. He ran an auction!
I mean maybe the hirst scammer accidentally forgot to say reproduction when he went to the galleries with the works. Man can you imagine that defense in court!

Sold - thanks for the harassment. Dumpster fire. , by chichi carter on Aug 16, 2017 13:10:26 GMT 1, why would anyone use the global shipping program? whats the purpose? I only see it from US sellers. It is indeed a nuisance as they usually open packages/tubes and manipulate the stuff (I've had bad experiences before with thiss**t service). never really understood why sellers would use it Since when has that program been in place? What's the purpose? Ebay wants to make sure what you sold really is what you sold? Found out about it after buying some swimming trunks last week. Asked the seller to ship them asap as I'm going on vacation soonish and he tells me he has to ship them from wherever he is to Kentucky and then they would send the package to my address. What a wonderful way to slow down and make a process that is already tedious and risky (in the case of prints) even more tedious and risky. Happy I learned about that shit program with an inexpensive pair of swimming trunks as a buyer rather than a set of 9 valuable prints as a seller...

Oh that's what you were doing. Sounded pretty much like you were ignoring his past misdemeanours and wishing him good luck with the sale. At the same time you were moaning about members calling him out. In this thread we see the opposite from you, even when the guy is a trusted long time member. I am presuming that this is not a mental issue on your part but is preferably down to you enjoying arguing that black is white and vice versa. Other members appear to have found this tiresome too. I am going to choose to ignore you from this point.

Clearly you can't read the other thread. I clearly called him out for shady business. Even asking how he doesn't get banned from this site.
Can't help you if you refuse to read what I actually wrote.
Ignore away. It seems you already ignore what I've actually posted instead to replace with what you want.

The purpose of the GSP service is to encourage more sellers to list items internationally by simplifying the process on the seller's end and absolving them of any responsibility once it arrives at their processing facility. On the buyer end, the only potential benefit is that you may have access to purchase something from a seller who would not have shipped internationally without the GSP. The obvious downside is that you must pay all the taxes and duty up front 100% of the time, whereas with direct shipments, you only get assessed with taxes a fraction of the time.

As a buyer I had a print come damaged as it appears they changed the tube once it entered USA. Print got damaged which was big shame but it was fairly simple to get a full refund at least.

Sold - thanks for the harassment. Dumpster fire. , by Deleted on Aug 16, 2017 19:22:55 GMT 1, If you can't see the difference between the two I would suggest that it's you who is dumb. Wasn't it you who complained about the mob mentality on sales threads on the FriskyBuddha Liita thread. Make your mind up Maybe you should read. I complained about the mob mentality regarding the authenticity of banksys. NOT the member. My mind is made up and quite clear it's you who seems to not be able to comprehend.
There is no mob mentality with regards to the authenticity of Banksy print. The LIITA seller got called out because he lied about the Banksy signature in the damn book he was trying to sell. He bloody saw Banksy sign it don't you remember. All the members are doing is looking out for other members.

Not quite. Actually it was about 3 pages of people discrediting him and saying he needs a COA to sell a banksy.
Then the lie got out and all rightful shame was placed upon him.

This is not a threat but I have seen many members on this forum that have challenged people for the good of the forum ................. make up the rest yourself.
