UAA Exclusive "Drop" Thread , by Faile 313 on Dec 10, 2018 18:31:18 GMT 1, Use code COMMUNITY20 for 20% OFF PRINTS 11/23-11/28! www.heliotropeprints.org/collections/catalog?page=120% off Heliotrope's already inexpensive unsigned but numbered prints. The sold out Retna version of these goes for over $1500. Connor Brothers, Revok, How& Nosm, Kenny Scharf, Momo, Rickey Powell, Saber, Ron English... all available. Revok's print is now sold out and has been removed from the site. I'm excited to see the secondary market price ceiling removed from what I think is a great print.

Iโm still completely blown away that the Tomokatsu print is still around. I think the heliotrope editions get passed over because people donโt know they exist, but avante is going to drop a print of his in a month or two for probably 10x the price of this. I know itโs not apples to apples, but I love this for $60 (disclaimer, I have ZERO skin in the game here, just a fanboy)

UAA Exclusive "Drop" Thread , by Deleted on Dec 12, 2018 16:55:50 GMT 1, So my Tomokazu print arrived... and I don't know if it's hand signed or not. Its hand numbered, and then at the bottom of the paper it is written, in pencil "Heliotrope Foundation" in the center, and left hand corner says Tomokazu Matsuyama. No idea if he wrote it, or if not who did. It would be very strange to have someone write the artists name on the print, in the corner (albeit lower left and down than where a signature may be). I'll try to post a picture later, but anybody know if the rest of the heliotrope prints arrive this way ? If they are all hand labled, then I would assume this is not signed my Tomo.
Best

UAA Exclusive "Drop" Thread , by danielw on Dec 21, 2018 19:39:08 GMT 1, After seeing the Martin Creed work on another thread I found these still available as well and thought they would be a good addition here.
Martin Creed - Thinking Not Thinking CD with signed artwork for 25 pounds: telephonerecords.greedbag.com/buy/thinking-not-thinking/
It looks like its a small (fits inside the CD) picture of the cover without the wording that is signed on the backside but not numbered.

Editon unknown, but noted as "limited". Found one presale site, but it's also on the main medicom website if anyone knows a cheaper pre-sale venue.
Happy hunting!

UAA Exclusive "Drop" Thread , by Happy Shopper on Jan 3, 2019 17:57:36 GMT 1, Nice Bearbrick! I'm no expert either, but sounds like it's just the 400 and 100, as it comes in a package with an apple watch strap. and there's no 1000 on the medicom site. Also, not sure what "Bearbrick Plus Exclusive" means, but sounds like it might be exclusive to the physical store in Japan... although clearly these guys think they can get a few!

UAA Exclusive "Drop" Thread , by Howard Johnson on Jan 3, 2019 20:54:38 GMT 1,
This is my moniker (stage name?).
I've created a small body of artwork of the course of last year. I "publish" my work as street art. It's really street-art lite. I call it the "free art campaign" as all the works can be removed and taken home by anyone who fancys them. Most of the time they are already framed.
Its been a wonderful experience thus far and I'm continueing to push my own personal boundaries with each new work.
I used to place value on my "identity" as a seasoned art collector, but I no longer think that identity is helpful in my life journey. I love helping others with collecting and learning about every nook and corner of the hobby, that will never change, BUT, I fell victim to the materialism and ended up believeing that the art I owned and my status as a "art collector" defined part of who I was. This is obviously false, for all of us.
So I'm making a change. Starting over so to speak. Howard helped me "become" an artist, something I never believed was even possible. He's not who I am. But. For our purposes, I think he has some interesting things to contribute.
Happy hunting!

UAA Exclusive "Drop" Thread , by Happy Shopper on Jan 4, 2019 10:52:57 GMT 1, Unsigned edition aside from the cataloged edition of 32 which is signed/numbered. Likely an edition of 500, like the other Richter print from this publisher, but I have not confirmed that fact for this specific print.
Pretty sure these are all an open edition. Although who knows how many were actually printed!? Maybe just 500. This looks to be the best in the set though, and huge!
