I have never said otherwise.... but for all essential purposes this board should combine the banksy and 3D subforums at this point. The debate is over.
He said itโs not him. The debate really is over.

The toy that is banksy (as robbo calls him) should have been broken years ago. Enough money has been made and enough people have been fleeced. Robert is a genius no doubt about it.
Listen to the people actually involved in the scene not the daily mail

The direct quote is...The musician called the mysterious street artist โRobertโ you're pulling up Rob and Robin out of no where. How can you not even admit that.

You're quoting the interviewer, and the story of what he's supposed to have said.
He may say "Robert", I think he says "Rob, but..."... either way... He says he didn't say anything that most people didn't already know (the name), but that Banksy isn't 3D.

Good lord ... I think 3D prints have already doubled or tripled in price since POW closed. Can we only have this discussion when 3D prints are on par or surpassed the prices of banksy? Is that the rule? Enough money has already been made for both artists if you bought at source.

Goldie was well aware of who the interviewer was talking about and that the interviewer was saying Robert. He talked about their past together...and than asked about it. In the next line Goldie says Robert Del Naja is not the same person as Banksy (which of course he isn't -- as Banksy is for lack of a better word at this moment a team). Do you think Goldie said Robin Del Naja?...that's a bit a of a reach... it's in print this time. So now we know he's talking about Robert Del Naja...
NEXT he won't go back on about what he said in the podcast....
therefore...
ROBERT DEL NAJA can put a banksy under a bubble letter and sell it and has flipped the art world upside down. He clearly says that and won't go back on it. When you combine the podcast and this interview that is the conclusion IF that doesn't say Robert Del Naja has control over what comes out of the banksy camp I don't know what does.

My point is that it would be better not to have this discussion based on money at all, but clearly your motivation is financial.
Your increasingly desperate "Del Naja = Banksy" dogma seems to leave no room for appreciation of Del Naja as an artist in his own right. Does your interest in him purely lie in trying to prove the link, or do you actually like his work? Would you like it more if your theories were confirmed tomorrow? Less?
Pretending that you're on some kind of mission to rid the world of these untruths and injustices, and to prevent people from being fleeced (!), is mildly ridiculous.

Now you're adding things that weren't said or written.
We'd need to hear the interview to know what the interviewer actually asked Goldie for this article. He could have asked "Do you regret revealing Banksy is Robert Del Naja?", or it could have been "Do you regret leaking Banksy's identity", or "Do you regret referring to Banksy as Robert." 3 very different things. And I very much doubt Goldie would have stopped to correct him, or clarify in any way what did or didn't say... He's smarter than that.
We won't know until it's finally revealed, one way or the other... if ever... so no point in speculating really!!

Have you noticed anything odd? , by jimbofatz on Jul 5, 2018 18:36:28 GMT 1, The reality is....Goldie slipped up again...all we really needed to know was if he said Robert, Robin or Robert Del Naja instead he focused on saying Robert Del Naja is not the same person as Banksy (which we all know is a "team" and hasn't really been up for debate). This article confirms the person he was talking about on the pod cast was indeed Robert Del Naja. The entire context of the conversation is about Del Naja.
โgive me a bubble letter and put it on a t-shirt and write โBanksyโ on it and we're sorted. We can sell it now. No disrespect to Robert, I think he is a brilliant artist. I think he has flipped the world of art overโ
He just screwed up-- theres no debate about it. It sucks for him but its out there. He didn't give away the inner workings of the project or how many people have control to put banksy on something.
But it is what it is.

Listen Poirot, it only proves that he was asked by the interviewer whether "Robert" was Robert Del Naja, and he clarifies that it's not. That is all.

I bet handlers don't work cheap doing all that for the big B. Plus the other people who contact journalists and the media, create a buzz, get people talking, get the B name into the media etc etc etc. Sorry, you've taken the conversation into the land of idiocy, I'm not interested in joining you. Lee Harvey Oswald had a handler.

Have you noticed anything odd? , by moron on Jul 8, 2018 20:52:41 GMT 1, Clearly you just pick the quote that suits your narrative. Unfortunately, what he actually means is that he DID reveal Banksy's real name (Rob, Robin, Robert. Depending on how you hear it)... not that he's 3D!
The direct quote is...The musician called the mysterious street artist โRobertโ you're pulling up Rob and Robin out of no where. How can you not even admit that.
Is his music any good? I listened to one song and it sounded a bit like Waterfall by TLC.
Does one need to take drugs to appreciate the music, I mean be under the influence of smething while listening?
His art looks druggy too but I think it would look better on the streets than Banksy's art.
