Having looked at a number of sales threads over my albeit limited time on this forum, the rule seems to be it's your art and you can sell it how you like. That includes shipping where you feel comfortable to do so, meeting in person if you want, and inviting offers where you don't have a price.
The other rule is that somebody will always complain and criticise your sale.
