Bristol Christmas Exhibition 7th - 22nd December., by Art-el on Nov 12, 2007 22:39:54 GMT 1, Werd up, good people
Man alive has this been too long in the offing.
We know that for far too long lots of you have bemoaned the fact that London gets all of the good gigs, (obviously not those in or near our great capital). Well lets make a start to redress that balance.
Date: 7th - 22nd December.
Venue: TBA.
Location: Central Bristol.
A right Christmas bender of all that is great and good in today's ever mutating world they call 'Art' featuring the works of 20+ artists who are widely considered to be near or at the top of their game in a variety of differing mediums & genres.
Further details will be available soon on a website dedicated to the exhibition.

We're not at war or competing with anyone, and I know that's not strictly what was meant.
We just want to put on a group show that Bristol & The South West has been crying out to showcase for far too long.
Not so much an Art-el thing more of a Bristol thing. With the involvement of a large number of creatives from and connected to the area in some capacity, and a sprinkling of those from farther afield.

Bet your missing it Hugs, sun, sea and sand does not make up for cold, drizzle and mud. ;D ;D
Take care mate - if Silky can make it you can always watch it on video

Your not wrong there, Ive read that over 10,000 Brits are making the trip so it should be awsome, im so excited already.

Saw the Lewis V Bruno fight in Cardiff and even saw kirkland laing back in the day (Brixton acadamy I think that was) still have all the old programs ..loads of signed stuff..even met Muhammed Ali in Bristol a few years ago when he was doing a book signing...
