Still waiting for a new release of the legend and iconic Ladj Ly ( but cheaper and smaller one ! -
For the moment I got just that when I met him 
Run to see Les Misรฉrables made by Ladj Ly when it will be out ( nominated to the Oscars ) !
he created with JR a real movie school , for free ( only motivation is asked to the members ), in the suburb where he still lives : Clichy Montfermeil..
+ the actors of the movie

In a talk he mentioned that it's important that he doesn't accept any corporate contributions for his projects. |

We are glad to introduce our most recent edition.
After winning the TED Prize on March 2, 2011, the French-artist JR launched the Inside Out Project, in his first TED Talk. Using his own artistic practice as inspiration, this participatory platform gives individuals and communities the opportunity to make a statement by displaying large-scale black and white portraits in public spaces. Through their โactions,โ communities around the world have sparked collaborations and conversations.
Over the past decade more than 400,000 people spanning across 138 countries have participated in the Inside Out Project. The project reached all 5 continents, with over 2,000 actions created. Actions have revolved around a range of topics: diversity, community, feminism, racism, climate change, education, childrenโs rights and art are just a few of them. Posters are displayed in outdoor spaces that are visible to the public. These Group Action pastings are documented, archived and visible online at www.insideoutproject.net.
