Banksy • Lenin On Roller Blades, by esfer on Mar 16, 2022 19:25:17 GMT 1, I'm no expert either.
However, based on a quick look around at results, and seeing that this edition hasn't really been auctioned since 2013, I think at auction you could expect the final price to land between $450-600k.
It could go higher honestly, but with no recent auction results, it's difficult to know the perceived demand for this particular edition.
It's also difficult to say if the current sentiment towards all things Russia might negatively effect the value.
It's a beautiful piece.
Good luck if you do decide to sell.
I'm no expert either.

I agree with everything what you said, may just put another thought inside. Maybe the people will see it in the actual situation interesting to get something with Russia and the price will be higher than in normal days, but at the end, who knows 😊

Banksy • Lenin On Roller Blades, by hnkpnk on Mar 16, 2022 22:00:37 GMT 1, I don't understand. Honest question. Why do you ask for a price and still link to an auction half a year ago where the estimate was 250,000 - 350,000 GBP and where it was passed. So at least you know that £250k + fees is too much.

Especially with the extended title "'Lenin on Rollerblades (Who Put the Revolution on Ice?)'

Banksy • Lenin On Roller Blades, by JFCC on Mar 17, 2022 16:17:19 GMT 1, Although Lenin on Rollerblades passed at Sothebys on a fairly low estimate of £250k - £350k that definitely does not mean it is not worth that much.
Everyone has seen items pass for no real reason in the same way we have seen pieces sky rocket for no reason, for example LITTA back in 2020 and Banksquait last week are good examples.
It's not a very low edition (25) or unique canvas, it's small and it is viewed a little bit like marmite, but it is a canvas and that currently is good news. I also do not think the current conflict will have any influence on its value.
So my own view, for what little thats worth, is it is worth a little more than the edition of 25 Heavy Weaponry so I'd think it would make about at c.£300k - £350k all up at auction. That would return at auction about £200k - £225k. Private sale or through consignment more.
Jack and Jill (very condition dependent) is a £38k - £42k print all day long which is a hammer of c.£28k - 31k and the same caveat that it would return more on private sale or consignment.
Just a view!
