Reading through the forum, it seems that there is a pretty big split between the people who like/dislike the upcoming print!..
Im sure that even though your not 100% on the print, you've still put your email address into the draw..
So are there people hoping to get a print, just for the purpose of swapping it for another Banksy print with out having to pay the mark up ebay/forum prices for buying it new??
There are going to be people on here with a Nola or S&S etc who love this new print even more and are wanting to swap, and on the other hand there are peep's who'll get a G&C but would rather have a different print!!..
Saying that I'd be over the moon to get one of these prints as it'd be my first Banksy..
of course there are... i personally hope to create 299 email address's and somehow win all 299.. then slowly release them to the public one a month to create a shortage.. going to be rich i tell you, really rich..
If there are many people on here lucky enough to bag one I think that there will be lots of trading going on, for me I really like the image so if I'm lucky enough there is a space on my office wall taken up by a Save or Delete that is ready for my G&C
Are we etched in stone?[br]Or just scratched in the sand,[br]Waiting for the waves to come and reclaim the land?[br]
I'm moving at the moment too richy - taken about 6 car loads!! - two just for the bubble wrapped art.... all still stacked on the floor - but i'll post pics when everything is back up!...
no way i'd swap my doughnuts btw - i'd love one - i thought it was one of the best pieces at the show in bristol. i'm keeping my fingers crossed that it'll be my first banksy from source!! - i've been online ever print from grannies and never bagged one : (
I can't believe people are talking about swapping a print they haven't even seen in the flesh and stand an extremely low percentage chance of getting selected for. There are many Banksy prints I prefer the image or message, but after seeing them in the flesh they just don't cut it. Saying all that I'm sure there will be a abundance of people offering their soul for one, but at least wait until you physically have it in your hands.
