If someone could screenshot that post from Daniel to make sure we have in writing it was $3800.

Judge, Jury, and Executioner all in one forum. OK. I understand that I'm not wanted and it's no longer in my interest to post here, so I won't come here anymore. It's that simple, really.
I have already stated my response to the allegation of the $8K theft. It is untrue.
In regards to our commitment of $3,800 to the IMC:
Please send any donation inquiry directly to Stacey Freeman at donation@imcworldwide.org and please copy info@(Removed) on all correspondence. Please be mindful that their efforts are going to disaster relief and they receive thousands of donations daily, so it may take a minute for a reply.
Here's the screenshot you've requested from my website. Have a wonderful day!

Dare I ask why poppysunshine's allegations are untrue? Do you deny receiving any payment?
And what's your response to the numerous other unhappy buyers from all the car forums??
Not that anyone really expects any honest answers from you.
Please can you also make sure that none of your 'interns' come posting on the forum about any of your releases / projects in the future.
Goodbye! ;D

I don't need to CC you on my correspondence, it is my intention solely to make sure the full $3800 went to charity considering a long line of "misunderstandings" with people that somehow ended up with you getting the better end of financial dealings at the expense of others and their bank books. Not sure how any of us are judge, jury, or executioner when we simply want to verify.
As for the other matter, there is a ton of documentation showing that Poppy paid you, did not receive a flag, nor receive a refund. You yourself posted you'd send a refund to poppy on another board that I saw with my own eyes. Your response that "It's untrue" doesn't clarify anything especially considering the paper trail poppy has backing up what I saw with my own eyes.
Furthermore, I can only speak for myself but I've been ripped off by a dealer like you so my apologies for not making you feel welcome. Twice in fact, once for $7K which I never saw again. Another time for $15K which I ultimately got back after getting the art fraud division of a local police department involved.
Silky, considering this last denial with no explanation or clarification I have to ask again about banning this particular gallery until he straightens up this matter.
Poppy, you might find luck in dealing with the LAPD Art Fraud division. Over 5K in California is felony grand theft and considering your documentation, that it's still within the statute of limitations, the amount of complaints online, and the fact that the LAPD takes art crimes seriously I will PM you the Detective that I dealt with's info. If you can't get your money back you can at the very least move toward criminal charges.

JetSet Graffiti, by jam on Feb 21, 2010 5:58:48 GMT 1, Anyone who hasn't been around art long enough to witness Daniel Lahoda's prior episodes (on this forum and elsewhere) should understand that more senior collectors are wary of any credit he takes or any "information" he gives because he has a history of being a liar and con artist. It's laughable that anyone would rush to his defense without educating themselves on his background.
Poppy, take pffffffffffft's advice and contact the LAPD Art Fraud division. Should you not find successful resolution with them, PM me and I will set you up with someone at the FBI Art and cultural property crime unit. I also have some art collector friends in CA that are attorneys by day, and I can put you in touch to see if they'd like to take on a civil case for you at a substantially discounted rate.
Lastly, Daniel. Concerning your post above saying "I understand that I'm not wanted and it's no longer in my interest to post here, so I won't come here anymore. It's that simple, really"... give it a rest you sniveling c**t. I'm sure you will be back 'round when you feel the heat has died down and there is a sufficient amount of new members on this forum to manipulate and/or steal from.

JetSet Graffiti, by Grubster on Feb 21, 2010 6:39:03 GMT 1, I must that is quite nice of you JAM, and would suggest getting in touch w/ those contacts provided by Jam.. GL and I would love to see this resolved once and for all.
on another note; why are you running....especially when these forum members have bought a majority of your dface...English prints ect.. and have helped you sell out your editions and all other PP AP SP LP DP editions you release...or whatever "extras prints you have laying around."
Also, where are you going to go... i guarantee you, almost every forum member is on all other art related forums and others like car forums too... If anything, save your rep and either pay up and hopefully save your face for long-term monetary gain or take the road most traveled...the easy way out!

JetSet Graffiti, by Poppy Sunshine on Feb 21, 2010 10:10:57 GMT 1, Thanks again to everyone for the overwhelming support. Some people are going right out of their way to assist on this one and it's very greatly appreciated. Jam, I'll be in touch for contact details. I think at this stage the more organisations I open doors to the better chance of a result.
I'll take it that this most recent denial of a deal with me means that his attorney will not be getting in touch with a suggestion of a resolution this week after all. Another u-turn. Christ Daniel at least stick to one story rather than making yourself look increasingly stupid. I'd have thought even a corrupt businessman would have some level of intelligence.
LAPD have been contacted but I'll get on to the specific art and commerce departments this week. Not particularly easy with the time difference and the fact that they don't seem to do emails much but it will all get covered.
I'll be contacting the NYPD also as he was previously over there. I doubt that they will be too pleased that they and the LA fire department have both been wrapped up in advertising campaigns and videos by Jestset. That's not going to go down well in court I doubt.

JetSet Graffiti, by ninja on Feb 21, 2010 18:13:26 GMT 1, was the $3,800 donation the profit on the 10 pp's? by the sound of it the 'charity' edition was larger than that? or perhaps there were only 10 sold but somebody at jsg decided that they would rather have a 'super rare' pp than their own bog standard edition print? doesn't sound like mr lahoda wants to answer these questions on here anymore but i would be interested in knowing.

You could always ask the printer, Richard Duardo, MD of Modern Multiples.

Iguess JSG mentioned that only the profits off the prints go to charity..not the cost to make them and whatever other cost they take on... you would think they would just donate the entire moneys after all he has sold 8000 plus prints supposedly ..
