20 days for a $25 shipment (without and tracking ID given) is really unacceptable. Nonetheless it was a christmas present.
Hope you can solve the problem today, otherwise i'm gonna report this to paypal and asking you a refund.

you can't use the "dovequando" with that tracking code, because when the parcel arrive in Italy they change the tracking code with a new one.
I suggest you to call Milano Roserio and ask them, they will ask for your tracking code and check where's your parcel. the number is 02/35638303

I've sent out over 100 orders and this is the first issue that has come up.
A couple people from France didn't get their orders until last week and all were sent out the first couple weeks of December.
I appreciate everyone who posted in my support. I have conducted all my transactions with honesty and integrity and will continue to do so in the future.

If he would just let PayPal do their job and investigate the claim, our shipping problem would not have been aired all over this forum in an attempt to smear my reputation.
Thanks to everyone who did receive their order! There will be new editions by Mark Jenkins released throughout 2011.
