"]
On March 11, 2011, one of the most powerful earthquakes in recorded history, and the most powerful ever in Japanese history, hit the northern part of the island of Honshu, in the Japanese Archipelago. It occurred off the coast of Miyagi Prefecture, with a magnitude of 9.0 MMS, causing enormous damage and rocking the island of Honshu up to 400 kilometers away. Immediately following the earthquake a massive tsunami bored into the coastline, with waves up to 10 meters (33 feet) high, inundating huge areas of city and farmland, destroying everything in its path and killing thousands of people.

Ian Phenna -Geisha Print- Japan Earthquake Appeal, by gibbin82 on Apr 9, 2011 21:45:26 GMT 1, Paypal link working now, thanks, didn't get the free p&p but still very happy and looking forward to getting one of these at a great price, it looks as though it is going to be a beautiful print and in the process give something to others who need it at this time more than I.
Thanks for the print and the opportunity to make a donation to Japan, you are a star

Ian Phenna -Geisha Print- Japan Earthquake Appeal, by UpFest on Apr 10, 2011 12:25:11 GMT 1, A quick bump, and a wee thanks to those that have bought so far....
P&P issue has now been sorted on Paypal, those that have paid already, your P&P money will go to the appeal and Upfest will be picking up all P&P costs....
Hopefully sell out in the next few days and then it'll be names in a hat to see who gets the original instead of the print....
Thanks Again,
Ian, Steve & The Upfest Team
