D-I-V-O-R-C-E, by onemandown72 on Mar 18, 2008 19:28:59 GMT 1, I must admit that I rarely get worked up by celebrity star F*ckers, in the media, but last night I found myself haunted by this toilet of a women appearing on every news channel, preceded with the report that she wanted the facts of the case kept from the public eye, only to then come out with her utter boll*x about details of the case. Aside from her delusional nonsense that she has constantly come out with, I cannot believe how much damage she will do to people's perceptions of what a divorced party is worth / deserves. All this is serving to do is back up assertions that a wife should be left out in the cold, with as little as possible - what a useful and postive role model she must be for her daughter Her daughter should get full and unequivocal support, whilst she should get nothing but luncheon vouchers Rant over, I believe in karma and what goes around comes around.

She's like the characters from single white female, fatal attraction and the hand that rocks the cradle all in one. And to think, he's got to have a relationship with that woman for the rest of his life!
Bet she uses their child as a weapon now, hope not but you can't help to think she will.

Idealist in me says two people and fell in love had a child, then things got messy
Save the hate for the likes of Mugabe and preachers of hate who brainwash people into thinking suicide attacks are the path to to true enlightenment etc,etc

I tell you what Paul got a complete and utter bargain, getting out of this one for "THAT PRICE", in relation to his alleged 800+ million wealth.
Paul has to see this as a victory, many a women less vindictive and money grabbing than HM have got way more when divorcing husbands in relation to their wealth.

Erhh, I think she was after 125 million actually. And 25 million ain't bad for such a short marriage no matter how much money he is worth. She's nuts.

Exactly my point, with his reputed wealth, he is lucky he never got stung for a lot more.... it could have been a lot worse for him e.g 100+ million settlement......

D-I-V-O-R-C-E, by Jonny Wednesday on Mar 19, 2008 12:26:03 GMT 1, If he had faced the same judge as me he would have had to pay out close to 500 millon.
When it comes to ordinary joe's the courts are quite happy to swipe over half your wealth and give it to your missus...I wouldn't have mined so much but she was the one who did the dirty on me.
So why do the super rich get away with different rules. The divorce laws in this country are appaling. If you are a bloke and have children and getting divorced be prepared to have your trousers pulled down, be bent over a desk and well and truely rodgered....

D-I-V-O-R-C-E, by seidbereit on Mar 19, 2008 12:53:45 GMT 1, I don't know if anyone else read the document from start to finish but I was completely engrossed by page 2 or 3 and didn't put it down until about 11 last night. Very, very interesting story. The first impression I got was that if anyone from the Inland Revenue was reading it the first thing they'd do today would be to get out every scrap of paper to do with her past tax returns and go through it with a fine tooth comb as she seems to have simply constantly lied about what how much she had and how much she spent with as good as no records kept for apparently huge expenses. Mind-boggling how she thought she was going to land 50 million (as a favour for not asking for the full 110 million she wanted) without a shred of evidence to support how she reached the figure.
It's also not very difficult to understand why she didn't have legal representation come the end of the hearings. If I was a top notch lawyer, I certainly wouldn't want to have anything whatever to do with that outcome, which - as with every single aspect of the case/marriage/settlement/her perception in the media - seems to be entirely of her own doing. I say this also without the benefit of having read the stories about what was leaked and what was not in the British tabloids and without having seen her "performances" on chat shows as I don't get those things here and wouldn't make use of them if I did. The majority of what I "know" about her is based on what I read in that court document (cheers for that MM! Great night's reading).
As has been said above, I really do feel for Beatrice being brought up by that woman, I get the impression she's not really all that bothered what effect her actions have on the child or if she does she appears unable to stop herself taking those actions anyway. I'm sure PMcC is however clever enough and father enough to step in if need be and to keep an extremely close eye on what goes on there in the future.
I doubt we've heard the last of this woman though. Very much.
As I say if you've not read the thing from start to finish (and it's actually quite enteraining over long stretches - not in the least bit complicated or full of jargon) then I really recommend you do. Absolutely brilliant.
Good luck Beatrice, Good luck Paul Good God woman, what are you thinkng?!!
