Ian Phenna - Geisha print for charity, by tomega on Apr 12, 2011 23:03:43 GMT 1, Hang on a moment i am a Thomas C from Cov and i bought one of ian's prints yesterday, assume its gotta be me then. Nothing in my emails from Upfest about this but maybe get that tomorrow. Wow, i actually won. My first original work by a bona fide street artist. Needless to say i am well pleased with this and will post pics of this artwork hanging as soon as i get it. The print looks well sweet anyway so the original will be superb. Must admit wouldn't have been aware of ian's work if weren't for early heads-up on the Forum last year and then ian keeping us informed about what he's doing work wise and uploading pics etc. Cheers ian and Upfest, nice to support a very worthy cause and nice that i get to own art by a fellow Liverpudlian.
Saint i'm sorry but didn't see your message as didn't visit Forum - was at work. i got my heads-up directly from Upfest's email to me. Tell you what i'll do though, i'll give an extra £15 to Upfest towards the Red Cross Japan cause - infact just done it. Anyway, must go now as need to look at walls to see where this beauty will be hanging.
