Set it up earlier and have a very important cricket game tomorrow, against my bros team. I did try it out, smooth as a babies bum. Wait for wednesday. Be seeing minites coming off my times for 10,000 for the first few weeks.

A good day out (apart from it's bloody freezing) sadly though way over priced now. As for IM, I've always fancied trying one. I've done Marathons and X Duathlons but now have a bust knee from too much running (so the Doc says) . I hoping the surgeon is good with a knife in October otherwise I will be taking up Darts or pool
