For Sale AT COST: Kaws / Oli Epp / Gonefellow / Revok, by Aubrey 245 on Feb 9, 2020 23:02:26 GMT 1, The red kaws blanket just sold for £960 (€1,130) before ebay seller fees and paypal fees. 223891138913 item number. I did not follow this up. But I think listing this at cost is fair enough, won't go below that.

Oli Epp 🇬🇧 Post-Digital Pop • New Painting • Art For Sale, by Aubrey 245 on Dec 15, 2019 13:19:37 GMT 1, There is nothing wrong about giving family, friends and even "VIPs" the first entrance of the show - but come on mate, there is no reason for letting grown men and women queue for up to 13 hours soaking wet in the cold rain, this was no Adidas Yeezy Boost release, we are talking about the release of an art print. Some UK guys came there at 5 AM, just put them on a list at 9,10,11 AM and tell them to come back at 5 PM to purchase the print and enjoy the show - without wet clothes and frostbitten fingers. @carlkostyal: Feel free to contact me for some advice how to not treat fans of one of your artists likes**t. Or how to properly handle a print release. Or how to exchange your cocky staff. Your sense of entitlement is shocking. The gallery doesn't owe you a pleasant experience. They don't need to run things according to how you think they should be. You willingly chose to stand out in atrocious weather from 5AM for something that went on sale at 5:30PM. If you want to show up that early you need to do your time. Stand out there and suffer. I'd be offended if the gallery handed out tickets. You deserve frostbite and hypothermia. What kind of nonsense argumentation is this? Sure they don't owe me or someone else, I'm aware of that, just saying that the whole release was handled like a joke.
"Stand out there and suffer." ... "You deserve frostbite and hypothermia."
I'm done here. Oli is a great guy and the print is amazing, happy I could purchase one.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I recognise conditions were tough. But the choice was made to stand out there and brave the weather. It's not on the gallery to work that shįt out. People have only got themselves to blame for not being weather ready. We all knew it was coming, it was in every bulletin and forecast. Adulting can be hard sometimes. As a VIP I can say that we appreciate the preferential treatment. We spend the tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands on the gallery's other artists that print buyers don't spend money on. We basically keep the lights on at the gallery. We are an integral part of the gallery's business as opposed to a print buyer that hits them up once every blue moon. Yeh, your experience sucked. I was in your place once upon a time. Hated it and went out and did something about it. I've been to London and I am really happy about getting my first Oli Epp print, will frame and enjoy it. Oli is a real lovely person, super polite nice guy. The print is amazing, just as all the canvas at the show. But the whole Kostyal release procedure was really weak. People waited in the cold the whole day long, soaked in rain, wet clothes.. As the show finally opened, the queuing people still had to wait, as about 30-40 VIP guests were allowed to go inside first. Staff treated the queuing people really poor, impolite arrogant Kostyal people. Not Olis fault, he was amazing, but I hope he finds a better gallery to represent his work.
