They are not actually real "commissions". They are editions with a special Trax finish The Dancer is from an ed of 6 I think, Son of a man is an A/P and French Flag & Angel unique pieces. They all have a story/reason why I bought them (Angel is a present to my GF).

Right... the Angel statue is still moving around the flat... getting new furniture every month we havent found the perfect place yet. And I would like to find a nice heavy rock base to put it on.
Yes, love the French Flag... to remind my swiss friends where I'm coming from I was with Martin in Paris when he did the big stencil of the French Flag near Oberkampf, that's why I realy wanted this piece. good memory. But if one day I decide to let it go... you better know that Shootagain is also waiting

Congrats on the pickups, seems real hard to get hold of anything by Martin at the moment, the dancer is one of my favs - you got your eye on some of his pieces from this weeks show in Japan, looks like some great pieces in the pdf, and prices seem to keep going up following his huge success this year!

Roamcouch 🇯🇵 Ryo Ogawa • Ukiyo-e painter • Street Art, by ABC on Sept 26, 2013 15:33:28 GMT 1, I personally think his technique is getting really good. His stencils are real crisp and ability with a can is evident. I can see where the argument of floating tags is coming from but I like the style, then again I like tags. Art is art though and will always be subject to personal interpretation, critics will always have their say but who cares. When it comes to stencil work I always seem to look at the perspective of the work more than the subject and this works well IMO. Regards

Roamcouch 🇯🇵 Ryo Ogawa • Ukiyo-e painter • Street Art, by Layaway Days Art Blog on Sept 29, 2013 21:20:27 GMT 1, Have Roamcouch Green 'Wish Upon A Star' that I would like to trade for a ltd. ed. Sage Vaughn Print. Also have some other bits/bobs that haven't been framed yet that I could include if needed. These include 2x penny stenciled coins, penny signed poster (with dinged edges), Charming Baker signed Gorilla poster, Faile HBIB/AIHMB Framed
Would prefer to deal in the USA but will consider trades from intl forum members with good feedback. May consider something other than sage vaughn from artists listed in my signature. thx.

That said, I will try and buy one and once again fail.

On EB it was mentioned that there will be only two 50 edition prints and a handful of mono at another time. So might be a little tougher.
Mudob gallery will be getting the sepia.

Really, I mean Walker rode this wave for years. Roamcouch is only doing 3 in the series. And his technique is miles beyond Walker, IMHO.
Don't get me wrong I have one of each artist framed up. I respect Walker's style and simplicity. But no one is doing what Roamcouch does. He's taken stencil work to another realm.

…has he? on a technical level maybe, the image here is as hackneyed as it gets IMO
I don't look at this and think 'wow! what incredible stencil work', I think 'wow! what an unbelieveably twee image, It looks like a Hallmark Christmas card from 1976'
