So that would mean a good guess would be to get camping next friday night for a saturday morning stroll round POW with your invoice. If your going to take a punt at Q'in - thats the night to do it. my 2p

Any piece of art is judged in the context of the artist. No matter what people say, it does matter who produced the piece and what is the history of the artist in question. Art is always contextual and the artist is big part of the context. So dont worry, not many would give it more than a glance if it wasnt produced by a well known artist.
Having said that, the art produced by lesser known artists can surely be just as valuable for the beholder. But not for the flipper ofcourse
