POW may have had a reputation in the past but now their tubes and packaging are top notch. Maybe not in the same league as BRP but they are good tough sturdy tubes and to date I have not had an incident with one of their tubes.

POW Pictures on Walls, by sandchicken on Apr 23, 2008 23:16:16 GMT 1, I am interested in knowing if there is anything interesting the see at the POW offices. I will be traveling to London June 1-3 for the first time and would like to see as much as possible. In that same vein, for someone with 2 days to spend in the city, what would you say are the best sites to see, street art related or otherwise? Thanks!

My Bast Thug came with a crease (due to the tube) and my Marmaid was damaged too (not due to the tube though).
Both replaced though - very friendly Dora and Dolly

It depends if you like art, If the answers yes, then a trip to Tate Modern is a must, a chance to see some amazing works, I must have done nearly every major gallery in London but Tate never ceases to amaze me. Then get on the tube and do StolenSpace/Brick Lane etc etc then bimble to TLSG. Hop on the tube again and do Laz and Elms, I suppose it all depends on whats on at the time, check they are open first as there is nothing worse than turning up at a closed gallery.

Thanks for the reply. The Tate Modern sounds great, I will be sure to check that out. I will look into those other galleries closer to my trip to see what is going on at the time. Thanks again!

i'm sure the majority will agree the cans festival more than made up for the years print releases to date
but . . . there's still seven months left so

Besides, there are tons of other places to get quality prints from without waiting eagerly for POW to release something

POW Pictures on Walls, by onemandown72 on May 7, 2008 19:13:09 GMT 1, Hmmm I wonder what they have been doing at POW towers the lazy bast**ds?
1. Santa's Ghetto, December - understandably need a break after this. Have to come back to UK in Jan, send out all prints sold on-line, and deal with all other post Ghetto enquiries. Also sensibly have a stock take of all work that they believe to own so shut gallery 2. Plan and execute the Cans festival, the biggest ever organised street art event staged. 3. Print and release 150 3D prints, 150 Todd James Prints, 150 Elph prints, 185 sickboy prints, package them and send them out 4. Deal with the world and his wife wanting Banksy prints authenticated.
Rubbish output, really need to pull their finger out.
