POW Pictures on Walls, by wiz on Nov 9, 2008 2:58:29 GMT 1, I have bought one print from them ever, however if i am on here at the time a release is looming its very tempting for me to buy it, i dont know why as i dont want to buy it! it just happens as i feel myself being drawn by the hype of it all. I will add though that if i did want to buy it i would.

Course all this is hypothetical as everyone gets along in peace and harmony im sure.

Too many judge quality and success by the last sale price on ebay. Too many people thought they had their pensions stacked up under their beds and now have a bills to pay with no profit.

POW Pictures on Walls, by hero on Nov 9, 2008 15:03:05 GMT 1, the main thing to remember about pow and laz inc is that without them this whole scene would not have been so big, you look at any other country (maybe exclude america) and were in leagues of our own with street art thats available-even if you dont like them, they probably had some influence on a piece you own
and if your really against pow they always give/sell some stuff to Art republic without the stamp on it which IMO makes it a bit nicer as an image (without the POW stamp on it)

I can't help but read into this a little further and ask whether the detractors have folios full of prints that are seen as liabilities, rather than artwork. If not, what motivation can there be for insulting a print gallery and all their artists? How about some of the member galleries in here who may not sell art you want to hang on your wall? Would you abuse them? Would you have the gall to send POW an email calling their art toilet paper and disclose all your personal info, requesting to be blacklisted? No you would not, because there will most likely be further, extremely flippable releases by them in the future!

i keep mine in folders as i cant get all my prints framed at once i get 1 done a month they will be all up on my walls one day
plus ive got to finish off my micallef room 1st then on too my banksy room

personally speaking i wouldnt advise using the Vhils one as it has a large amount of bleach in it-but each to their own i guess, some people are into that kind of thing
