I'll say POW were great for being the first and cheap (remember cheap POW prints at around £50 - £100), but concerning Banksy print prices that's more credit to him than POW.

I actually think the actual communication part is very good, I usually get an answer within a day from any email. The only think I can criticise on now the site is sorted is the packing of product and delivery time... my Ian Francis prints arrived from BLK Mkt today super quick and amazing packaging

That may be so nuart, but as i understand it, you are part of the art scene so you may get some respect from them, my question was to general customers who like me, have no contacts in the industry, have no part of the industry, just a hobby as a collector that spends alot of money with them.

Yup, had some OUTSTANDING and very personal service from POW in the last few years, as a small company coping with a popularity explosion, they are doing well. Not all their customers remember the actual size of the operation there, its not a huge set-up, and what they do is, in my eyes great. Had the pleasure of browsing their site when prints took several months to sell rather than seconds. Quite sure I'll get negged to hell for saying it, but thanks POW. PS just read ptk's post and I am a collector with no contacts in the industry etc... just another customer. |
