I was interested in The Call and Cerebrus. Good luck to the seller but as a buyer, be careful of anyone wanting a gift payment and no verification of print condition.
Great prices, just make sure the condition is verified.
Other than that, good luck and happy holidays.

Really? This is not opinion. I'm giving you fact. Thought we were supposed to help eachother out here? Was just trying to help. Nothing to do with anything other than one collector attempting to help others. A friendly caution. Unfortunately, not for the seller.

I'm sure if you pick up the paypal fees he'd happily except that too ?

Wasn't trying to be rude or aggressive. Nothing against Walter, but I would also hope that anyone knew anything about a sellers pieces condition or messages that would be useful to others, they would be made public. They're beautiful pieces and actually quite nicely priced...just not knowing the EXACT print condition when making a purchase is a bit scary. If Walter could provide that then i would be full steam ahead on purchasing. Not trying to rustle feathers, just being communal. Good luck with the sale!

FS: Banksy, Dface, Todd James, Keyes, Neck Face, by waltercrunk on Dec 24, 2012 19:34:54 GMT 1, BUYERS BEWARE. Seller wants payment PayPal gift and will not take Keyes out of the frame to verify there is no adhesive damage to the print. I was interested in The Call and Cerebrus. Not anymore. Good luck to the seller but as a buyer, be careful of anyone wanting a gift payment and no verification of print condition.
As stated at the beginning of the thread, "All works selling framed only".
Unlike several of the sellers on this forum, I frame the art I buy so I can enjoy it. My pieces do not sit in storage waiting to flip. Im not accusing everyone of this, but we all know there are flippers here. The pieces above I have enjoyed, and now Im ready to move on.
The pieces are selling as is. They are not new, they are not stored flat or in tubes. They are framed.
Most are float mounted using archival linen tape. If the buyer chooses to remove the pieces after sale, the works are obviously theirs to do so.
The price quoted to bmerel was $1200 for both pieces, "The Call" and "Cerberus" framed and shipped. In my opinion, this is a steal.
bmerel feels my price is too high and thats fine with me. Im not giving my collection away.
As far as payment, Ive dealt with several members of this forum and been on both sides of the fence. Accepting gift payments, and giving them as well. I made it clear to bmerel I would accept payment as a "non gift" but that would alter the listing price a bit to accommodate the seller fees.
bmerel, No need to slam my thread...

NEVER SAID THE PRICE WAS TOO HIGH!!! Just said that condition of the print was needed. Adhesive can damage the print. Holy f**k! Is it too much to ask when spending over $1K? Good luck with the sale. Seller is top notch. Happy holidays. Peace be upon you. Happy new year and god does speed.

FS: Banksy, Dface, Todd James, Keyes, Neck Face, by Coach on Dec 24, 2012 19:45:20 GMT 1, It's up to the seller whether he wants to sell as gift only (or buyer covers the fees), and it's up to the seller to decide whether to take pieces out of frames. If he loses a potential sale because of this, that's also up to him. But to post "buyers beware" in big capital letters on his sale thread is over the top in my opinion. That sort of thing should be reserved for shady or dodgy dealing. All just imo of course. But if, on reflection, you agree, you may want to edit your post.
