I do find it odd that his son (who is 13 now) will accept the nellyphant when they pushed him to buy and frame Hayley!
Don't know how that is going to go down.... And I'm not a big fan of Mr Brainwash but I have to hold my hand up and say the print looks good framed and on the wall.... I did try to remember how much the print was so I could offer a stupid amount including framing!
He got confirmation that the prints with COA are being signed this weekend and will be sent early next week. I guess they will do the same with the wood but I am still waiting on the cost to ship.

When i looked at the original photos they did not do it for me but the framed version looks so good - I don't even have to debate how to frame it - I'm doing the exact same (well unless my framer comes up with something that is truly spectacular).... I'm struggling to work out where to hang it but I will figure it out! Yorkie

I have to say it was a pleasure talking with them - they are shipping mine to North America for 40 pounds insured and packed so that price was a real positive to me.
Also asked how they managed to frame it as they did.... the lady said she would send me some pictures and details of how they did the framing.... when i get them i will post here.
Looking forward to getting this and to framing it!

Never thought of asking them to do it but honestly even now I don't feel comfortable doing it until I get the print in my hand then I can check it and work with my 'known' framer.... perhaps its the OCD inside me but I need to be in control of this stuff!
Im positive they will do a great job and if its like the picture and the one they had at the show then you will not be disappointed...... If you wouldnt mind saying - how much are they asking to do the framing as that may have a big impact on my decision!

Not sure who their framer is, and they maybe harvest several options available to clients, but I would certainly ask for eh specificics of who / how
I bought a Warchild HF at Moniker (i think) 2 years ago. The frame was crap. No damage to the print at all, as it was simply attached to a mount with Japanese paper hinges.
However the woodwork was very basic and probably not custom made (rather assembled from standard bits). The backboard was crap wood simply attached with the little metal hinges you get at Habitat. The mount was a bit smaller than the frame so moved slightly in it.
Not dissing Jealous as I bought a print that happened to be framed rather than have them frame it for me.
But maybe worth checking...

I have discussed materials that would be used and will confirm before committing. I actually bought another peice from a different gallery that Jealous will be framing for me as well. The other gallery uses them for printing and framing.
