if it's popular and people want it - you have demand.
if it's unwanted unloved or perhaps something else... then people might not want it as much so the price will go down - assuming people can take a hit.
in CB's case - this image was at one stage - and yes this is true - unwanted and unloved by at least one collector here.
you could have bought an ap for less than 700 ukp... but yes that time has gone.
will it come back - well not in the next few years but hey - that's life.
CB's work is becoming certainly a spin of the moment for many.
things might settle down... but when it comes to the Half Pint.. well it's not coming down for a long while... sadly. (imo).
stay cool and don't give up... I missed out on OG's easlry on .. but that's the story we all have with at least one artist..

Somebody bought a print, and now they are trying to resell it a profit.
If someone wants to buy it at the price offered then there will be a sale, and if they don't there won't.
I would be hugely surprised if anybody on here has never made a profit from a print, regardless of how long they have owned it (although one would have thought spending Β£6kish on a print with an impending wedding was not the wisest thing to do, but that is a moot point).
Market forces will dictate whether Casey's gamble pays off or not.
Equally though it needs stating that Freerange is providing an invaluable service by drawing attention to the previous sale price.
But sending threats via PM, is pretty ridiculous innit!

Karma ratings mean nothing, but the unfortunate side of it though is that new comers to the forum may actually see it as a negative...... If you decide to sell something and you have major negative karma i wonder if it would put people off doing a deal, i know its not related to sales, but anything negative is a negative if you catch my drift.......
Think it would be funny if they published who's been giving what to who at the end of the year, Like a Premier Karma League... Sure wed get some banter then

Why not just put it in for an auction if you need that much cash as i doubt anyone here will be paying much over 6-7k for it anyway. Mainly because everyone here puts offers in below value so they have less risk of losing money on things. No one drops that kind of cash on something without it being an investment, no one loves a screen print that much. And regarding that PM you sent me, no need for that. Im not up for taking things outside with a fight, you talk about things in the open if you have nothing to hide.
