Charming Baker π¬π§ Paintings β’ Print Release β’ For Sale , by Coach on Mar 22, 2013 9:42:39 GMT 1, The show does look very good. Great space. Clearly a great deal of thought and effort has gone in to making this show more than the ordinary.
The paintings look beautiful. Although I am still not particularly taken with the panda heads - for me the beauty of the original version of half pint was that it was a boys body with a panda's head/mask. The head alone does not work for me.
The gorilla is fabulous. The massive plane sculpture is great too - must have taken some planning and effort.
Congrats to everyone who gets to see this in person, and particular respect due to thise that made the effort to travel from Blighty to do so (Winter, Nipper...)

Hey Coach its an image by that australian superstar Rone.
I contacted him a few years back before he was really releasing prints and he sent
me a giant tube of paste ups. I still have a large paste up framed at the top of my stairway
it greets me every moring. I think Zerocool still have some prints available with a similar image
although the blue one is sold out I think.

Hanging Doll was one of my favs as well. The guy working to sell the pieces told me they had a little wiggle room on that one. Priced at $135,000.
