If you have it and the actual piece, all you have to do is quote an actual price. Given that you haven't actually put yours for sale (if you had one I can understand your vested interest now as it's very clear), OR quoted completed sales, then your input hasn't helped.

Because I'm not naming a price, due to the fact it varies and I have no record of current prices (and no one, including yourself have contribute to that), does not mean I want or intend a bargain. I've bought things from members recently at fair rates for my wall. And will do the same here. Saying all chalks or ily are equal is a bit naive. And saying that I'm saying that in order to get a bargain, is mis - guided.
And FWIW, I quoted a last sale price (just over 2.4k), which no one else added to.

2.4k was on open auction on ebay and I believe from this year. I'll try find the link if you don't believe me - but they are the facts and the last figure I remembered. Low is subjective, but that was the figure 
And all your posts indicate an owner with vested interest. Do you understand the concept that prices are not static? Or that jours, canvases etc are not commanding what they were a year or two ago? And you quoted a sale 'but don't know if it sold' But, carry on, you're entertainment
