I left a general offer for the 'runt,' I got back an email (without photos) telling me that if I made an offer above 500 I might get a photo.
I simply told him that for a backdoor print I was not comfortable doing that, but if original bidder backed out to email me again. I guess he's still looking to make a bit more.
Seemed fair to me, there must have been a lot of good offers on the signed prints around or above what the guy was looking for, thus the guy not needing to contact everyone. At least he did not offer it to people only to cancel when a higher offer rolled in.

A simple trade of a Banksy Time out poster for a Banksy don't panic poster. I know he received it as I received a message thanking me for it (still have it but wonโt post personal messages). Then continued to ignore all forms of contact for the exchange.
If he cannot even honour a ยฃ10 poster that I sent him then you have no chance I would trust this mug with a few grand. Mark my words stay well away.

I'm not having a go, it's just depressing that certain people just can't deal with the fact that just cause they've got money that things don't always go there way!
To those of you that were willing to pay ยฃ15 GRAND for a print I say this, you know you are, stop and think for a minute, you're willing to pay FIFTEEN THOUSAND POUNDS on a piece of paper, don't you think that you could maybe do something more worthwhile with the money?
Between that and flippers trying to make a quick profit, well the whole experience has left a BAD taste in my mouth.
Spoilt kids man, just spoilt kids with absolutely NO humility!

Although people can spend however much they want on whatever they want. You are not to judge on that.
However, just because the seller took 15k or whatever off someone else, then for buyers to spit dummies out and moan and question the seller's integrity because they didnt get what they wanted, or a chance to increase their offer is laughable.
Maybe the seller didnt want a long protracted bidding war, playing buyers off against each other to squeeze every last drop of cash out if the print.
IMO a simple, no hassle transaction is worth a % of the value.
Breath of fresh air just to get a few bids in and sell to whichever he liked. It's his decision.
