Silkscreen gloss is what? A transparent medium.

Gold leaf doesn't change the fact that the main image is a photocopy.

Doesn't matter though, people can spend their money the way they want but with framing and all this could easily run up to 1500+, a lot of money for an artist with a rather week secondary market print wise so people better be sure they really want this print.

I suspect everyone who bought this print is sure they really want it.  I know I was impressed when I saw it.  However since buying it I have been lucky enough to be offered an AP that I have been after for about 12 months. unfortunately I have reluctantly put mine up for sale due to the cash outlay involved in that purchase.  This has been a really successful series for Conor WWWK, Tardis of Delight, Modern Monarchy, etc all fantastic.

Picked mine up today (photo to follow, probably) and it's so bloody big that it would double as a very tasteful tent this festival season. Not sure if it would keep the rain out though, but it certainly is an amazing image and is heading to the framers once I can brave the estimates.

Anyway, simply put my favourite conor print there's been, the overall image, the movement, the political edge, the scale, the talent, this is a centrepiece of beauty.

Gonna share my 5 pennce worth here I have worked in the Art industry for 15 years now i project manage art installations for all the top gallery's at the shows (ARt Basel/Miami Art13 Freize PAD Lnd/Paris ect) aswell as interior design projects and have worked with all the auction houses in London and New York and directly with artists and high net worth collectors so a whole gambit of the industry . Let me tell you about CH. He is the buzz of the industry.Hes on everyones lips. He is the big thing.He is a modern master with his foot firmly placed in the fine art side of things and not the throw away urban genre.
 
This painting at art 13 sold for 60k and could have done so 20 times over within a hour of the show starting.
I have over 50 screenprints and let me tell you this pisses over all of them bar none so stop pissing about the 1k price tag because youll pay more for a unsigned basic 1 colour stencil from Mr B ! In 20 years time youll be moaning i wish i had bought that bloody photocopy!

"Overrated" - rating something is of course subjective so you could argue anything is over or underrated depending on your tastes
"Overpriced" - clearly not as they could've sold many more prints at this price bracket.

I'd echo Urbanhangings' comments and IMO it won't be long before CH moves up if he hasn't already into a completely different league.

Yep got the last one, after emailing The Outsiders (great customer coms btw) I knew there was one left in a basket, it was just a matter of waiting to see if it came back up or went to sold out. I didn't even see your post up here until after (was too busy f5'ing !!!).

Looking forward to seeing it in the flesh, love his style and think its definatly an investment for the future.
