all have left the gallery. Under the tracking number there is a faq that answers basically every question. Due to our volume between Bottleneck, UTB and Arcadium, most of the time our post office doesn't scan tubes. It will update when it hits another location.
Also, any order questions, please shoot us an email. We answer back within minutes unless we are sleeping. I don't frequent the forum much and this isn't our thread.
