so sorry to all who were refunded there was only 15 in total.

although 15 too many imo i would much prefer to undersell and help people out who dont manage to get one will be doing that in the future.

i refund all multiple purchases first then a few well known fishy ones and then other's in order of sales last ones first.

sorry again and if we do have any spares i will offer them up here and eb for sale price.....

I spoke with Martin this morning about how bad we both felt about the genuine buyers who were refunded on the print due to oversell.

There were 12 genuine refunds that were not multiple purchases etc, therefore we have decided to do a refund edition in a white background for the people refunded, it will be an edition of 12 at the variant price as there was only 2 grey refunded.

I know what it feels like to be refunded and hope this make unhappy customers happy again!

We hate to oversell and are looking at the cart so this never happen again!

It will take at least 4 weeks to produce and Martin to finish them then he will send them out.

Go through refunds at the weekend and contact buyers.

Good news that, will there be a 'thought about it' edition for those who thought about it?.

Martin, congrats fella.

Another move that shows Martin is a genuinly top fella who cares what the art buying public think of him and his work. Through no fault of his own the gallery oversold the print release, due to the poor checkout system in place, this can be easily rectified so hopefully they wont run into these problems again, but hats off to Martin for helping them out on this one. I would imagine the refunded buyers will be more than happy with the outcome and the way it has been handled by the gallery and more so the artist himself - thumbs up again to Martin

I tried to buy the Blue aswell but that appeared to be sold out as soon as it was up too - was there some pre-sales ??

They went on first and there was over 1000 people sitting on the site when they were dropped. Most had been refreshing for a while.

That's why it's so hard to get them also people sit with stuff in there cart with all there details filled in and when it drops they delete the other item and check out super quick hence we were not oversold on these colours only yellow and pink that were on longer when another trench of visitors arrived!

I have learned so much so quickly re the way people seem to be so quick on releases!

We are currently thinking is there a better way and only lottery springs to mind but I don't really like that system but it does work on over subscribed prints releases!

Personally I think it's a great gesture by Martin and graffiti prints. Hats off to you sirs. Best gallery I've had dealings with thus far.

^^agreed, im sure no one will turn down the chance to buy a release that never went on general sale, hopefully someone will post a pic up when they get sent out, think itl look great with White background
