The only time it should be broken is if there is a case of something criminal in the eyes of the law. There are moderators on the forum to deal with trolls, bullying, xenophobia, homophobia, racism etc... Deals in which one party is trying re-negotiate more money or flip a print IMO is not grounds enough for breaking the confidentiality of a pm. Just my belief  Happy to be banned in order to stop this pathetic behavior

treat people in the way the expect to be treated... reckon "if" we all
have this approach then it'd be clear water - not some cloudy stuff.
if you do what you do and others think it poor then hey freedom of speech , right.
if they let it ride - then the next person has no idea what to expect and one of the reasons for the forum is lost.
help others ... if you can
if you can't then leave, or ... choose not to.
if you try to take advantage.. you may be found out.. - and hey worse perhaps out'ed.
..just like in real life..

Good moderating. No need for negotiation to be made public because the buyer didn't get what he wanted. (Even if every "Girlfriend doesn't like it", "Nicer than I thought it would be", "I might keep it" cliche in the book is used!)

Yeah that was my initial plan. I'm trying to see if I could match a frame to some of the more dominant colours in the print - tricky as they're so many!!
