When they release a print, you have to enter your name and email address into the lottery. If you're selected, you have 24 hours to buy the print. If prints are left, they pull more names every 24 hours until it's sold out. Personally, I prefer the old way. Fighting a crashing server until I either get it or it's sold out. I feel like I have more of a fighting chance that way. sorry, to clarify: i meant, how did ebtroll get the puzzel box from their studio? was this one of the pieces that came up online recently (as part of that game art series) or somewhere else...?
