I think for $420 US most are over priced. I love EtamCru, Bezt and Sainer together or apart. The only one I'd pay that money for is the ETAM Trailer. Hope the next batch is bigger and better. Not to take anything away from them as they are both talented artists and more so muralists but like most muralists, their work's impact mostly comes from its massive size on multi story buildings and does not translate well on a small piece of paper other small medium. Yes, of course being a fan of what they do and having something drawn and signed makes for a great memento. Similarly as someone might want a signed building sketch from Frank Gehry. |

Personally every time I see Murakami it reminds me of child's gift wrap paper but hey, Hirst sells colored dots for more than both of them combined and he doesn't even paint them.... Go figure |

The artwork is in hand and will be shipped promptly form Paris. They seem to be sincerely bummed about the way last year's project went for some customers, so decided to do a whole new approach. I must say the separate drawings on wood make a lot more sense than selling little parts. Also, Im very excited with what I bagged Obviously not the duck this time Some nice gems there even I couldn't pull the trigger this time. Looking forward to see the 2nd half

I agree, Moonshine is a phenomenal image on its own and for me desirable in both small hang-able mediums and large mural formats. I do not feel this way about any of the sketches offered so far. Get a feeling I am looking through assorted stock clip art, but to their credit these are simple idea sketches in their infancy. IMO their true skill comes out in the completion and finishing of their unique concepts which brings to life their visions through brilliant use of color, form and shadows, non of which we get here. |

I was unaware I got two bottles of vin; that will make it much easier to explain over dinner.
