For me, the real stand out stuff is from what has been done with his new colour studies. Unfortunately for me, I dont have anywhere near the sort of cash to buy. Not even close ๐คฃ lets hope he produces some prints of these new works, with the amazing colour combinations.

I asked them this morning and got a reply that the sketches which are framed individually aren't/weren't for sale. If I was in any of your shoes though and was "close" to having the money to pull the trigger, I would. When i got the catalogue I knew it wouldnt be within my budget but I wanted to see the price range just incase, on the off chance. Alas, it wasn't to be and the print release doesnt do it for me.

Quite pleased I canโt afford him. Takes away any temptation to hunt one down. Hope he releases a print of one of his landscapes. His prints so far a really impressively drawn, but not my style.

Which sketches? The tiny one from the book? These were 99x151 mm so very small. The big one with car, cows and the church was 70x100cm, โฌ3.5k

Buyers collect Etam for the love of the artist.
Sainer will never sell out and thatโs why we love and respect him, there will be no major galley backing etc for years. He has zero interest. This current exhibit is in his home town of Poland.
If youโre buying for hype and a faster profit try some Oli Epp etc artist who are eager to keep climbing increasing prices and so on.
Just let Sainer do his thing, he wouldnโt want your money in this case. No disrespect :-)

There's a reason the painting still available together with Jazz. Most of people focus on Sainer's use of colors, not as apparent here, plus they are quite basic compared to the other paintings. This is reflected in the price as well though.
I am still considering it going for one of these. The thing is I've seen Jazz about 2 years ago and didn't buy it.
Now I saw it together with the other paintings and I like it much more. I hope it's not just the setting.
I have a decent 56x56cm marker sketch, but I wouldn't mine an upgrade Tough decisions

Sketch and red painting now sold, just jazz left.
I prefer the sketch type paintings as they remind me of his outdoor line work. Jazz is fantastic just on the pricey side. I imagine in ten years or so it will look like a complete bargain given the size of it also. Sainer is fantastic either way and I wish I could afford it

You snooze you lose I guess. I probably can afford one of his paintings so would like to get a perfect one. And I've seen better than Jazz. But then again afaik there are no plans for a show next year, maybe 2021...
