But many here buy to flip on ebay in the next hours for a quick profit. We all know invader kits find buyers on secondary market in the 700-1000 EUR price range average. Why would Invader sell cheap pieces that will all be valued twice or thrice the price in the next hours on ebay, especially knowing the demand on kits exceeds offer and that unique pieces (aka aliases) sell in the 5K prices for the smallest pieces...
Art is also a business, that's a fact. Invader is not only an artist and also runs a company, whose objective is to make money.

Besides, flipping seems to become a very usual game now. There were 4 LUDO bees on ebay lately ranging from 600 to 1300 USD when it was released at 275 USD... Fine, Urban Art is the new Stock Exchange :-p I guess everyone finds happiness in it (except broke art lovers)
