DFace Create A Racket Print, by Deleted on Aug 22, 2013 16:16:07 GMT 1, i have had such a bad experience with their gallery sending me prints. bought the last two d face prints they were selling both came damaged absolutely horrible packaging. when returning them they made me pay for return shipping. then the second replacement came damaged again(only 1 print in this tube) but the other one still hasn't showed up. then they ignored my emails for a month about the second damaged print and the other one not showing up at all. finally after many attempts i get a response that they still haven't even sent the other one. that was two weeks ago and the other one still hasn't showed up. this whole thing has been going on for months. really s**tty service for almost paying a grand. pretty disappointed with them tbh.
Not an excuse for poor service but they have just relocated their gallery and Dface's studio and so much was packed up and remains packed... I guess this may impact on their ability to function normally.
It doesn't excuse their ability to at least keep you updated.

Funny, I waited a month for a response as well.
My replacement showed up yesterday.
I knew they were relocating, so I tapped into my patience.
All is well.

I think this is all about the money, it's not really the best looking piece of art is it and after all it is just a band tour poster, it's going to please the Pearl Jam fans more than anyone, so a pretty sure bet for re-sale on ebay. It's just f**k**g advertising. Just like the QOTSA paste ups that are appearing all over the east end of London hot spots. Good to know street/urban art is the thing with 40+ rock stars and ad agencies though.
