Yes, but that's still a Banksy in there somewhere. Defaced or not, people would still desire that.
I don't know how much Banksy cares, but that piece looks like it took a bit more effort than the norm. Shame it just got scribbled over.
I'm waiting for Martin Whatson to tag over one of Banksy's NY pieces.

So we're now awaiting rats and I'd expect one or two ... to take people more than a couple of hours to find.
I do hope his modus changes as well.. Start I suppose on the ground .. A bit of elevation might stump your average Omar blokey with trendy hoxtabeard...

My 2 1/2 year daughter and I are just terribly awful.
Just yesterday she ran off down the street and came back yelling, "Papa, come look!! It's just like the bird we saw yesterday!"
I hope you have an inkling of shared joy with your kids someday.

I have a fantastic picture of my son in front of a Banksy at the Cans Festival in London. It was there for more than 10 minutes which allowed me to get the great pic which I (and he) will treasure forever. That's what a 'douche' like Omar is denying the good people of NY. |

Omar is a team Robbo jocker. He was the one that dissed a few of the pieces last time Robin it up NYC. He dissed the brooklyn jail cell across from brooklyn house of detention also. His day will come. He will either get caught out there and taught a lesson or a lesson will be taught upon him. Hopefully an angry mob of fans will tie him to a few horses one day and.....
It seems like all people want to do is catch fame off the Banksy pieces. Mr B is enjoying the chase and the longevity of it all. I for one wish a team was out to perspex every piece but not all of us have the resources on this side of the pond. The building owners need to step forward and press charges against clowns like omar. He is not a representative of the people of NYC. He is a true loser and probably hustles shopping carts outside the supermarket for money to buy drugs.
I hope he gets hit by a drunk hipster on a citibike looking for Banksy pieces.
