HF red looks fantastic but the standard edition isn't far behind it. There was loads of tissue paper packed at either end of the prints so I'm surprised they were both ok. The only downside is the customs charge that was slapped on the prints. Need to go through the long process of reclaiming the over charge now.
Any advice on the reclaiming of the charge? Why you say the over charge? Is it more than it should be?

On art purchases the customs charge should be 5% of the value of contents but sometimes if the outer details aren't filled correctly on paperwork of the package 20% charged
You can appeal to customs forwarding the original , invoice , receipt by PayPal , web address details and you can claim a refund if you are charged 20%
Up to 9 months wait thought!
