I am a genuine seller, willing to fax over, scan any details the seller requires to feel satisfied the print is for real. I have number 43 of 600, unsigned still in its tube. It was given to me on my brothers death. I need teh money as i am in so much debt!! I am happy to meet with the person, finally you may ask, why not place it on ebay, well i think the real fans are here!!! I have a pay pal account, but happy to recieve whatever on the day. I live in Norfolk, and have no other issues. Any Qs please fire away, and thanks for letting me join such an ace forum!!! Boomboombang.

Hi and welcome, wow, what a moving story for the print.. have you no other way to raise the cash ? seems like this could mean a lot more to you than to anyone who might be willing to buy it. Seriously, if I was minted I'd give you the cash and make you keep the print. Good luck with the sale anyway, but seriously, I hope you've exhausted every other means of raising the 2k or so that'll it'll probably get.

I cannot get a loan due to my poor credit rating.

Well good luck mate... highest a GWB has reached is 3k on ebay, but that was a bit of a fluke and at the height of the madness. You should be looking at min 2k plus. Shame it's not signed.. last one went for 11k. Hope things get sorted for you before Xmas mate. Season of goodwill and all that... hopefully good things come from bad.
In your case, personally I'd stick it on ebay and see what the market decides, it's probably non banksy fans who would pay over the odds, i.e Galleries etc, these would pay top dollar for what is one of his most sought after images. Plus it's got that Xmas "buy it for a loved one stamped all over it", it could do really well on the bay.

I wondered that myself from the first post due to the constant spelling of the word THE as TEH by both posters....
