If you were selling a car, and someone came and had a look, you agreed a deal, then you decided you didnt want to sell it.. you dont have to.. the same with anything you own.. The only reason you see Tesco etc sometimes cocking up and selling at silly prices is for the PR it will bring I think you are misunderstanding what I am saying - or misinterpreting the law - you absolutely have the right to decide you do not want to sell your goods etc at any time - no argument there however if money has changed hands the transaction has been completed and the Seller and buyer have entered into a legally binding contract - from the message on GP it would seem people have completed purchases. The buyer has fulfilled their obligation in providing the requested money for the goods and it is now for the supplier to provide said goods. If goods have been damaged and supplier isn't able to provide a suitable and acceptable alternative then refund is the only way to go - but it is a bit difficult trying to argue that you have 100 of the same items yet none are a suitable replacement......

I'm afraid Graham H is spot on. In contractual terms it was an ' invitation to treat' not an ' offer', so Graffiti Prints are not contractually bound. |

Managed to get on at 230 pm but site crashed again !!! When I got on obvs all sold out ! I'd like to know how many prints were actually available for sale seeing as members don't actually know if they have bought one !!!! Poor show!!!!
