Fair play to GP for doing that though, I know not many galleries have this problem but at least they try to make amends when the shit does hit the fan

Just move to a carted system, once its carted its held until done and so on. Maybe its because I am a web developer but its just annoying and a pretty simple change to a site that prevents all of this. Also, it will make your customer base a heck a lot happier as well so its a win win.
anyway maybe I am just mad because I did not even get a chance to get anything to even worry about a refund

Thing is, if GP offer some of the next edition to people who were let down this time then half of that edition is already spoken for?, so that means more people will be getting refunded then and on and on, best way out is to do a special edition now for those let down like the Banksy queue jumper edition then start afresh next time, the Refund edition!, that would leave the next release to run normally. |

But I think the issue of the next edition being presold has been fixed by making it bigger.
Refund Editions are good, but you could also argue that they're unfair on people who scored the regular (in the case if Nola... Black Rain is a smaller edition!)
