Loved this time of my life... I remember when it started to get dark, and less fun (Jungle and Drum and Bass) and I lost interest.
Coincidentally I saw Micky Finn DJ last weekend... but it was all Drum and Bass!

Yeah agree, best times of my youth, you could dance for 12 hours on one white dove  1990 eclipse all the early rain dances, illegal parties were the best buzz. the raves got big went to many universe and fantasias, the buzz was still good and the togetherness. Then I remember a huge amnesia party in northampton and there were fights and people getting mugged everywhere.. Drum and bass came in and we all moved on to small clubs like Lakota in Bristol nearly every week, loved that place. It's a scene that will never be seen again, still got a large set of friends and we still talk about back in the day, great memories.. My mate run a little club called tonic in king cross, Sydney for years and he djd every Saturday for 8 yrs everyone over 30 yrs old.. More northern soul type, acid jazz and he'd drop he odd 'tune' smiles all round

Spiral Tribe anyone? I went to one of their parties near Swindon on the edge of a new estate of houses. Police didn't know how to stop it... and drove back to London at about 6am (about 2 weeks after passing my driving test) !!
Good times had to this too...
