if we're going vintage, anyone else here remember the Seed Records party in maybe 2002/03 that was in the disused Aldwych tube station near the Strand? Great night, lots of IDM/acid music with Aphex Twin playing amongst others and the venue really was one of a kind. Problem was the promoters decided to paste up event promo posters over a certain piece Mr B had just done in town which resulted in Banksy and/or crew turning up to the party and throwing paint everywhere in the main room as a kind of protest of sorts to what had happened (which was an honest mistake so the promoter led me to believe) It was pretty funny seeing so many people walking around covered in paint and hundreds of painted footsteps going everywhere within the station. Good times.
