Think others should do the same (copying in kwangho) - perhaps kwangho will not work with this company again.

In the last email I received that Dizart sent it mentioned "the order will be shipped to you under 15 days" that has also now passed........and nothing!!! This will be the last time I even consider purchasing from these people ever again the service has been and still is appalling!!! I'm still hoping the book will turn up eventually and that the drawing will be worth it, but so far this has been a very unpleasant experience!

Paypal address has to be right, since it's identical with the one I paid the original purchase of the book from, but no response whatsoever. They didn't even update the order in my account (still states the amount of original purchase, no mention of the extra postage I paid). I'm still hoping the book will turn up eventually and that the drawing will be worth it, but so far this has been a very unpleasant experience! |

I apologize for the inconvenience and struggles you are having with delayed artbooks by Dizart. I have been receiving many other complaints recently concerning to this matter and my respond to them so far has been "it will be shipped soon" - because that is what I was also told by the company so far. But now it has been way past the dates and I am also getting very unhappy with their service to people who have showed great interest and attention in my art. I am eager to find out the reason behind this delay as many other innocent clients who have already put their payment to the company.
I have provided DizArt everything I could: my drawings and the agreement on its publishing. I have also emailed them in regarding to this inquiry and wanting to find out the problem. I will get back to you shortly once I hear back from the company and thank you for your patience and interest in my art.

I hope so too.
I think once reading that statement it's clear all the blame lies with dizart. Obviously they have their side of the story but unfortunately they don't seem to be telling anyone.

Publishers like dizart get away with it because some people don't mind taking a step back due to the low cost, and this enables them to 'get away with it.' If you don't keep informing them, 'like a broken record' they will continue to increasingly lapse, and people should harrass them for effective theft, until their product or refund arrives. ps 'you're' |

I don't disagree you with the artist (though, IMO, he should maybe have spoken out sooner), but do you think it's OTT urging people to continue to pressue dizart? I don't. If you have confidence in the product arriving, then you're certainly more confident than myself. |
