That message is dated March 7. They even called me on the phone to confirm all this. And there I was telling myself it would be a breeze from there since I speak french and so do they. Still no message regarding tracking info and all that.

Just looked on their site though and saw "You have agreed to receive your order in recycled packaging." With anyone else I would assume it was recycled materials... here I would guess it is just reused materials.
I blame kendo for bringing this thread up

I have to say that despite the very long wait I'm pleased with the quality of the publication and the artwork which is signed on the verso.
